Terminal Systems Consulting
Support and advisory for TOS environments, operational workflows, system optimization, and stable day-to-day execution.
I’m Rusiru Guruge — an IT Consultant specializing in Terminal Operating Systems, port automation, integrations, go-live support, and mission-critical operations across global terminal environments.
Years in terminal technology and logistics systems
Operational support for live mission-critical environments
Major global project environments and consulting engagements
Deep specialization in terminal systems, integrations, and go-live support
I work at the intersection of terminal operations and enterprise technology — supporting production systems, automation, integrations, data visibility, and service leadership in demanding port environments.
My background combines software delivery, 2nd line support leadership, project execution, terminal process understanding, and strong hands-on troubleshooting. I’m most effective where systems, operations, and people need to work together without downtime.
