Hadarom Container Terminal, Port of Ashdod. Provided advanced 2nd-line and 3rd-line aligned support for the automated terminal platform, covering automation, emulation, simulation, integration testing, major incident handling, root-cause analysis, and ITIL-aligned service processes.
2023 – PresentCLdN GC Terminal – Botlek, Rotterdam
Delivered go-live and post go-live support for a multi-cargo terminal environment, covering vessel, rail, barge, truck, cross-docking, stuffing, stripping, and board-to-board operations while ensuring operational stability during the transition to the new TOS platform.

Integrated Navis N4 and TBA CommTrac APIs to enable real-time and management reporting for terminal operations, and designed scalable data pipelines to support operational visibility and performance analytics.

Supported configuration, testing, and go-live activities for ITP Center / Masterplan products. Guided Super Users, shared best-practice configuration advice, and focused on system quality, performance, and operational readiness.

Performed Business Analyst responsibilities including daily testing, process re-validation, and gap analysis across multiple software versions. Identified improvements, optimized terminal workflows, and gave structured feedback to development teams.
2021 – 2023Port Matrans – TOS Study, Comparison & Go-Live
Conducted a TOS study comparing Softpak and ITP solutions, then extended the engagement into go-live support, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live stabilization as a Business Analyst and on-site support consultant.

Performed business process analysis comparing the VAMOS system against market best practices for bulk and break-bulk operations, identified functional gaps, and proposed system and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
